Workplace Lunch n' Learns
These sessions are focused on building resilience to stress, with the goal of feeling happier, calmer and more productive at work.
After the program, my stress levels are definitely lower. I would say around a 4/10. It still exists and it takes practice, but it doesn’t consume my day or week like it used to. I learned a lot of tools to help have better control over my stress levels and on days where I am anxious, I feel like I have a better grip on how to help myself get through those days.
The course surprised me how much it changed my mental and physical wellbeing. Each week, we had action items that we were able to incorporate into our lives. Whether it be a recipe recommendation, breathing technique, mindset shift, or sleep routine, the overall lessons had a significant effect on my stress. I loved that I was able to go through this with other women and we could share at the end of each week what worked for us. Each week the women in the group and I would have wonderful conversations, and they’ve all become my friends! If I could retake the course again, I would!
