Stress Resiliency Workshop

We all experience stress… but what if we could build up a certain level of resiliency so that we are better able to handle what comes at us? This could mean having more patience during a tense conversation, being able to take a deep breath and remain calm when something urgent or unexpected comes up at work, or it could mean remaining grounded throughout your incredibly demanding day and still feeling energized at the end.
In this workshop, we will be discussing how stress is the root issue for many other unwanted symptoms (think anxiousness, digestive disturbance, low energy, moodiness/irritability, etc.), how experiencing stress in an extreme way is a warning sign that your body’s “stress regulating system” is not functioning optimally, and what you can do to fix that.
We will dive deep on tangible ways that we can build our stress resiliency through holistic practices in the realms of nutrition, lifestyle and mindset – all allowing us to feel calmer, more confident and have WAY more energy.
