Small Shifts, Big Impact is all about making small change to our mindset, lifestyle and diet – things that are all very DOABLE and REALISTIC but that have massive reward.
I know we all lead FULL lives and have many priorities – that’s why my philosophy on wellness is all about taking practices and routines and repackaging them into “mini moments” that we can do throughout our day and that are easily integrated with our lifestyle – that way, we are more likely to do these things regularly and for the long-term.
These are practices and exercises that require DAILY commitment. I’m here to tell you that building a lifestyle of health and wellness is NOT a quick fix. These 3 weeks are meant to teach you tangible tools and empower you to continue taking care of yourself every single day, as well as give you a sample of the value that working with a Holistic Wellness Coach can bring!

Each week for 3 weeks in a row, you will receive access to new content consisting of a coaching video from me, as well as a tangible workbook exercise to complete as “homework”.
Your weekly program content is housed on a membership site. When you sign up for the program, you will create an account and can login at any time to view your weekly video, exercise or relevant action items.
No, this program can start whenever you want! As soon as you sign up, the program begins and you will receive a confirmation email giving you access to your Week 1 content.
As soon as you sign up, your Week 1 content will be released to you.
Week 2 will be released to you 7 days after you sign up, and Week 3 released 14 days after you sign up. You will receive reminder emails notifying you when your Week 2 and 3 content is available.
You will have access for up to 6 months following your purchase of the program! I encourage you to revisit the program and content often as a refresher.

Through small shifts in each of these areas, you can experience big impact in terms of your overall wellbeing.

Private coaching on the other hand, is a deep dive into your health and wellness as a unique individual. We guide our sessions based on your main health concerns and goals, as well as which of your body systems are most out of balance (determined through a unique nutra-systems assessment). Wellness plans are tailored to fit your needs and encompass recommendations in the realms of nutrition & diet, supplementation, lifestyle and mindset.

I work mainly with women who are looking to improve their overall health and wellness, as well as to support them during times of life when they are dealing with more stress, anxiety or uncertainty.
