As well, brides who are experiencing extreme “wedding planning stress” and associated negative symptoms like anxiousness, fatigue, moodiness / irritability, digestive disturbance, skin breakouts, or abdominal weight gain. It’s for those who want to feel amazing on their wedding day, but feel overwhelmed with how to get there.

We discuss tangible ways that we can build our resiliency through holistic practices in the realms of nutrition, lifestyle and mindset – all allowing us to feel happier, calmer and more productive at work.
