Shift Into Alignment
This EFT Tapping series is an experience designed to calm your nervous system and shift you into alignment.
Starting on October 21st at 5:30pm MT, you will be lead through a series of four weekly tapping sessions. Each is 30 minutes and will consist of journal prompts and a guided tapping meditation.
This is recommended for anyone who is feeling uncomfortable emotions that they want to move through – such as stress, anxiousness, overwhelm, frustration, or sadness. This is also for those who want to deepen their self-awareness and uncover any limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.
*No EFT/tapping experience necessary! I recommend signing up for the 4-part series to get the most out of this experience, however, you are welcome to drop in for single sessions if that feels more aligned for you.

The practice of EFT Tapping helps to repattern the habits of our mind and nervous system, and it helps to acknowledge and free stuck or stagnant emotions. It clears energy that isn’t ours or isn’t serving us anymore.
When we calm the nervous system with EFT, we can be more present and in flow with life, and approach any situation from a grounded and empowered place.
All of this naturally shifts us into alignment with our authentic selves. Your authentic self is that version of you where you feel your absolute best and are magnetic to all of our dreams and desires.
